Tender zucchini casserole

 Having prepared this delicacy for dinner, you will surprise everyone.

Tender zucchini casserole

You will need:

Zucchini — 1 pc.,

Minced meat - 300 g

Medium-sized tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.

Onion - 1 pc.

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Sour cream - 100 g

Cheese - 100 g

Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.

Salt, ground black pepper to taste

Vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. Fry any minced meat (I used pork) in oil over low heat. Salt and pepper to taste.

2. Chop the onion. Add to the pan with minced meat and fry.

3. Then add tomato paste. Stir and stew until the minced meat is ready. Let's cool down.

4. Clean the zucchini from the skin and seeds. If you use a very young zucchini, then it is not necessary to do this at all. Grate on a coarse grater. If there is juice, squeeze out the grated zucchini and put half of it on the bottom of a greased form.

5. On top, as the next layer, place ready fried minced meat. Distribute evenly over the entire surface. Cover with the rest of the grated zucchini. Salt the zucchini a little.

6. Cut the tomatoes into circles and lay them on top of the zucchini. Beat eggs with sour cream, salt to taste.

7. Pour the egg-sour cream mixture into the meld on top of the zucchini.

8. Grate the cheese on a fine grater (melted cheese is also possible). Sprinkle the prepared casserole.

9. We send the form to the oven for baking at a temperature of 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

10. Tender zucchini casserole with minced meat is ready for your table.
