Simple and crispy glazed chicken wings are an incredible delicacy

For cooking you will need:

  • chicken wings - 1 kg;
  • flour - 3 tbsp. l;
  • ground black pepper - 1 tsp;
  • smoked paprika - 2 tsp;
  • baking powder - 2 tsp;
  • salt - 1 teaspoon without a slide;

For the glaze:

  • favorite ketchup - 1.5 tbsp. l.
  • rice vinegar (or lemon juice) — 2 tsp;
  • honey - 3 tbsp. l;
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon;

Preparation:

Cut the wings in half. Rinse and dry them using paper towels.

Make a dry mixture of flour, black pepper, paprika, salt and baking powder. Roll the wings well in this mixture. Grease a wire rack with oil and place the wings on it. Be sure to place a baking sheet under the grate so that fat and liquid do not drip onto the bottom of the oven during cooking.

Bake in a well-heated oven to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

While the wings are in the oven - make the glaze - combine ketchup, rice vinegar, honey and salt.

After the wings are ready, immediately pour the glaze over them, mix well and serve the dish to the table.
