    5% fat cheese - 500 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • brown sugar - 80 g;
  • sour cream of any fat content - 120 g;
  • corn starch - 60 g;
  • salt - 1 pinch;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp (5 g);
  • vanillin on the tip of a knife;
  • lemon peel - 2 teaspoons;

For the filling, prepare:

  • 4-5 apples (500 g peeled);
  • brown sugar (can be ordinary) - 40 g;
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp;
  • cold water - 50 ml;
  • walnuts - 50 gr.

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients for the base and mix well with a blender until smooth. Lemon zest, which must be added to the curd mass, will help make the pie even more tasty and fragrant.

To prepare the filling, cut the peeled apples into large cubes. Sweet and sour apple varieties are perfect for this recipe. Stew the apples with the addition of sugar, cinnamon and a small amount of water. It is necessary that the apples become soft, but at the same time retain their shape.

Line the bottom and sides of a 20 cm diameter springform pan with parchment paper. Put half of the cheese mixture in the mold, put the filling on top and cover it with the second half of the cheese mass.

If you wish, you can sprinkle chopped walnuts on the cake before baking.

Bake the cheesecake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Leave the cake on the table for 1 hour, after which it can be easily removed from the mold.
